Transfer Service

If you are currently a Cedarburg Light & Water residential customer and you are moving to another address within our service area, you may transfer your service through the form below.

Our service area includes all homes and businesses in the City of Cedarburg and also extends to a small portion of the Town of Cedarburg. If you are moving to the Town of Cedarburg, but outside our service area, your service will be provided by We Energies.

Please complete and submit the form below or call our office at (262) 375-7650 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We are available to transfer your service Monday through Friday and ask that you submit your request at least one business day before you need to have your service transferred.

Please note: If you pay for water service on your utility bill, then we will need to gain access to the water meter located inside your residence to read the meter for your final bill. Please contact our office directly to set up an appointment.
