Terminate Service
If you are moving out of Cedarburg Light & Water’s service area and are closing your account with us, please complete and submit the form below or call our office at (262) 375-7650 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. When you submit this form, we will have a special meter reading taken on the date you transfer service to the next tenants/owners who will be living at that location. We will then send a final bill to your forwarding address within a week or so of the final reading date. Please note, we are available to take final readings Monday through Friday and ask that you provide us with a minimum of one business day’s notice before the time you need to terminate your service. Please note: If you pay for water service on your utility bill, then we will need to gain access to the water meter located inside your residence to read the meter for your final bill. Please contact our office directly to set up an appointment. We will contact you to let you know we are taking care of your request. |
