Terminate Service

If you are moving out of Cedarburg Light & Water’s service area and are closing your account with us, please complete and submit the form below or call our office at (262) 375-7650 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

When you submit this form, we will have a special meter reading taken on the date you transfer service to the next tenants/owners who will be living at that location. We will then send a final bill to your forwarding address within a week or so of the final reading date.

Please note, we are available to take final readings Monday through Friday and ask that you provide us with a minimum of one business day’s notice before the time you need to terminate your service. We will contact you to let you know we are taking care of your request.
