Welcome to Cedarburg! We’re happy to be your new utility provider. Because of the confidential nature of your personal information, we are no longer accepting online requests to set up your new service.

To apply for service, please choose one of the following options:

1. Contact us by phone at 262-375-7650 between 8:30am and 5:00pm and set up your service directly with one of our employees.
2. You may print a copy of our Residential Service Application, complete it by hand, and return it to us by fax or by mail.

   • Our mailing address is Cedarburg Light & Water Utility, P.O. Box 767, Cedarburg, WI 53012-0767. Please allow up to 5 days for mail delivery.

3. Contact us by phone at 262-375-7650 after hours and leave a detailed message in our general mailbox. There is no time limit for your message, so please include all of the following information:
   • Spelling of the name(s) you would like on your account.
   • Social security numbers of each person whose name will be on the account. If you would prefer not to provide your social security number, we will require that you sign an application for utility service and provide other proof of identification such as a driver's license. You may complete an application in person in our utility office at N30 W5926 Lincoln Blvd. in Cedarburg.
   • Service address you are moving into in Cedarburg.
   • Name of the previous owner or occupant. If you are renting and do not know the name of the previous occupant, please provide the name of the property owner.
   • Date you would like the service placed in your name (must be Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
   • Name and breed of any dogs that will reside at your Cedarburg residence. This information is required for the safety of our meter readers.
   • Phone number we may keep on record for future contacts should there be a need to contact you with notification of any upcoming planned power or water outages, for example.
   • Phone number we may use to contact you should we need any further information to initialize your account.
