Cedarburg's Line Crew -- Grand Champions

The second annual MEUW Linemans' Rodeo was held on Saturday, September 8 in Oconomowoc. Seven teams representing nine MEUW communities competed for the title of “Grand Champion” Line Crew. The teams competed in five events. Cedarburg’s crew of Bill Krueger, Mark Throndson and Jake Wilhelme earned the honor of being crowned 2007 MEUW Linemans' Rodeo Grand Champions.

The Cedarburg crew placed in the individual team events as follows:

• 4KV Single Conductor Transfer, 2nd place
• Safety & Knowledge Challenge, 2nd place
• Pole Top Rescue, 2nd place Cross ARm Change Out, 2nd place URD Transformer Change Out, 3rd place
